When making an international call from Indonesia, dial:

International Access Code + Country Code + Area Code (without leading 0) + Telephone Number

Examples:

  • From a landline: 001, 007, or another international access code provided by your telephone operator.
  • From a mobile phone: + Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number

Example: To call London, United Kingdom, from Indonesia:

  • +44 20 XXXX XXXX, or
  • 001-44-20-XXXX-XXXX

When dialing an Indonesian landline from outside Indonesia, use:


+62 + City Code (without the leading 0) + Telephone Number

For example:

  • Jakarta: +62 21
  • Surabaya: +62 31
  • Bandung: +62 22
  • Denpasar (Bali): +62 361

Note: The leading 0 in Indonesian area codes is used only when calling domestically within Indonesia.
