About the Church

GBI Fatmawati 25 traces its roots back to 1964 and has grown into one of the established congregations within the Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) network. The church was formerly known as GBI Bukit Sion and continues to serve a diverse congregation from across Jakarta and the surrounding areas.

The church emphasizes worship, discipleship, prayer, community outreach, family ministry, and missions. Over the years, GBI Fatmawati 25 has supported a variety of social and ministry initiatives including educational programs, family counseling, outreach to children’s homes and senior care facilities, support for churches in remote areas of Indonesia, and community development activities.

Today, the church remains actively involved in ministry throughout Jakarta and regularly hosts regional church leadership meetings, training programs, fellowship activities, and community events.

The congregation is currently shepherded by Rev. Joel Berhitoe and welcomes both Indonesian and international visitors.
